Something you should know about me is that when I am highly motivated to learn or find something, there's no stopping me. I become CIA-level invested in tracking down information.
It all started with a free trial to play with my genealogy. Am I related to anyone famous? Am I really mostly Scottish? And then my precious grandmother said one sentence that launched an obsession: "I wonder if there's anything on there about my dad".
You see, she barely has memories of her father because he passed away when she as five years old. With very little information, in 2012 I began my research. As I write this, in 2023, my "Nanny" is 92 years old and every moment I've spent on this has been inspired by her.
I've spent over 10 years getting to know a person about whom I knew just a handful of facts, only to now feel I know him better than most of my living relatives. Join me for Everyone's Wyatt on your favorite podcast platform soon!
